Information we receive

When you contact Adesis or submit a quotation request, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, country, project information, technical product requirements and optional drawings or specification files.

How information is used

We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate about products and specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and meet applicable commercial or legal obligations.

Technical and commercial sharing

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with relevant production, sourcing, logistics or professional service parties to evaluate and fulfil your request. Sensitive project details should be identified before submission.

Storage and retention

Submitted RFQ records and attachments are stored for technical review, quotation, order coordination and applicable business record requirements. Uploaded files are not published through the website. You may contact us to request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to mandatory retention obligations.

Service providers and notifications

RFQs from ade-sis.com and adesis.com.tr are stored in a shared, access-controlled hosted system. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting/storage, and Resend for RFQ notification emails to Adesis. These emails include the submitted contact details, technical requirements and attachment names so Adesis can respond to the request. Uploaded files remain in the protected RFQ Inbox. Hosting and notification providers may process data outside Türkiye.

Analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics loads only with your analytics consent on public pages. Private management screens, form content and RFQ identifiers are excluded from the site analytics events. You can reject analytics without affecting quotation submissions. Essential browser storage may retain the quotation product list. No RFQ content is sent to an AI service for automatic quotation generation by this website.
